A tribute to tradition. In this vintage, they have processed a plot of Monastrell grapes located in the north, at an altitude of 700 metres. After obtaining the first quality must, they are fermented in a centenary wooden foudre.
The Macabeo plot has been treated in the traditional way, including its lees. The combination of Monastrell and Macabeo gives rise to a Clarete, which is left to rest in a cement tank for 6 months for blending. Two varieties, one red and one white, are combined to create a wine with a Mediterranean spirit, faithful to its history but with a flavour that is in keeping with modern times.
