Auream is an extra virgin olive oil of superior category. The variety is Argudell, native to the Empordà-Costa Brava area. Its tasting notes are fruity and somewhat flattened. Although it is suitable for cooking, it is recommended for raw use, where the aromatic nuances appear in the final aftertaste and do not interfere with the overall perception of the product.
