Recommendations for use
- To lose weight: Following a diet low in refined products and white flour, not cow's milk or derivatives, as this food fills the body with toxins and saturated fats. Take on an empty stomach an infusion of fenugreek, very hot and with the juice of a lemon
- Against arthritis: Avoid sugar and refined flours, as well as cow's milk. 4 times a week, on an empty stomach, an infusion of fenugreek with the juice of a lemon and another 20 minutes after each meal with grated ginger.
- Externally: In the case of mouth sores, gingivitis or sore throat gargle with the infusion and then spit it out.
