Elaboration and aging

Finca Villacreces is a red wine made from the grape varieties Tempranillo (86%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), and Merlot (4%). They have a manual harvest process, and after destemming, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Finally, it undergoes an aging process in French oak barrels for 14 months.

• Nose: It has aromas of cocoa and ripe fruit, with hints of creamy oak.
• Palate: It is a full-bodied wine with flavors of ripe red fruit, with a long and persistent finish.

Finca Villacreces is ideal to accompany aged cheeses, roasted dishes, stews, grilled red meats, and feathered game.

It is recommended to consume this red wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
