OSBORNE QUINTA FINE WINE
A Fine wine, bright and luminous, made from Palomino grapes and aged under "flor" following the traditional system of criaderas and soleras, which will take our fino to the fifth solera, from where its name comes from.
White vinification, grape transport in boxes to avoid breakage until pressing. Gentle pressing, must clarification for 12 hours and fermentation at controlled temperature, 25ºC. Aging following the traditional system of Soleras and Criaderas in American oak barrels.
Store in well-ventilated places away from heat sources.
It should be served cold, between 8/12ºC.
