Red Wine Valle del Botijas
The Red Wine Valle del Botijas from Bodega Valle del Botijas, composed of 4 types of grapes.
DESCRIPTION
Harvest in October 2014, from our vineyards in Valtiendas and Roa, with a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in French oak barrels for 4 months to achieve our Valle del Botijas 4 meses. Alcoholic fermentation in maceration with the skins for 17 days, followed by malolactic fermentation for 25 days. Native yeasts obtained through the harvest of each vineyard. Aging in medium-toasted French oak Bordeaux barrels for 4 months.
GASTRONOMY
A wine to be enjoyed at around 11 degrees Celsius, perfectly paired with a variety of dishes. Serve at 11-12ºC.
