Elaboration and Aging

Flor de Pingus is a red wine from the Dominio de Pingus winery located 30 kilometers from Roa, in the province of Burgos. The destemming is done manually, removing the ripest grapes from each cluster.

It undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and then aged for 18 months in second-year French oak barrels.
