Vitamin B3 or niacin is present in the emperor in high amounts, although not outstanding if compared, for example, with the amounts contained in tuna or bonito (almost double). Vitamin B6 promotes the formation of red blood cells, blood cells, and hormones, while also playing a role in the functioning process of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in our body. It also contains Vitamins B12, B9, Selenium, and is rich in phosphorus.
