We present a Picual from Sierra, intensely green fruity with notes of tomato plant and freshly cut grass. Banana peel and almond. Sweet and fluid with a slight astringency.
On the palate, the tomato plant predominates over the olive leaf and freshly cut grass. Bitter with a medium spiciness, dominated by a peppery heat. Complex, harmonious, and persistent.
