Known as sepia, choco or jibia, this cephalopod is an ideal product to include in our diet in the form of stews, grilled or fried.

The Galician cuttlefish in Galicia is found in very shallow waters feeding on small crustaceans or fish which makes it a very popular cephalopod in the Galician coast and a wide variety of recipes are made with them, including rice or cuttlefish empanada.

A curious fact about choco is that its famous ink, instead of being black like that of squid, is sepia-coloured, hence its name

• Small (300 - 600 gr)

Remember that you can choose to receive your cuttlefish or cuttlefish whole or clean which in this case would be sent the flesh, ink and roe if it is female and had them
