Gin G'Vine Floraison is an ultra-premium gin, of French origin, obtained with Ugni Blanc grape alcohol from the French region of Cognac and individually distilled botanicals.
G'Vine gins are characterized by being made with Ugni Blanc grape wine alcohol, traditionally used for the production of cognac.
Gin G'Vine Floraison is made with Ugni Blanc grape alcohol from Cognac, which is distilled with vine flowers and individually distilled botanicals. The botanicals used are juniper, orange, lime, coriander, licorice, green cardamom, cassia, nutmeg, and cubeb. It is distilled in column stills.
The production process begins in September, when the grapes are harvested and turned into wine for distillation. The flower obtained from the vines is macerated in neutral alcohol to obtain the floral essence, and then the previously macerated 9 botanical ingredients are infused through distillation, filling this gin with aromas.
The final phase of production involves blending all the previous ingredients in the exact proportions, which are then distilled in a copper still, resulting in G' Vine Floraison.
Appearance: Gin G'Vine Floraison has a transparent color.
Nose: It is highly aromatic, with a predominant floral aroma.
Palate: Smooth, velvety, and fresh taste, with a predominant floral flavor to counterbalance the juniper and a touch of sweetness.
Gin G'Vine Floraison is ideal for making gin-based cocktails. It is recommended to mix it with premium tonic, such as Fever Tree, grapes or raspberries, and plenty of ice.
