Gin Nordés breaks radically with preconceived ideas about gin and brings new and very peculiar flavors and sensations. Gin Nordés is the premium gin that comes from Galicia.
Nordés Gin is presented in a wide-bodied bottle, white in color, with a label that shows the world map with Galicia highlighted. The distillery that produces it is Atlantic Galician Gin.
Gin Nordés has been created with a base of traditionally cultivated grapes in Galicia, making it a Galician gin. We find eleven peculiar botanicals that contribute all their character, coming from all corners of Galicia. They are selected for their purity and aromas. A thread of sage, a touch of mint that generates empathy, laurel, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus, and tea. The perfect combination of soft touches of white fruit with balsamic aromas of wild Galician plants.
This Galician Gin is a gin that starts with a slow and calm distillation process. To obtain the grape brandy, which is the soul of the product, a portion of local Galician grapes of the albariño variety is used. The distillate is enhanced with the maceration of twelve botanicals from nearby and overseas.
The gin has reached more than 25 countries on all 5 continents at the Atlantic Galician Gin distillery.
Appearance: Gin Nordés has a transparent color.
Nose: A gin with a high aromatic intensity, with notes of white flowers, lemon verbena, and ginger, in harmony with balsamic notes of eucalyptus, laurel, and mint. Delicate floral and fruity aromas accompanied by a subtle note of juniper.
Palate: Fresh and fruity notes, with hints of laurel and juniper on the retro-nasal.
This Galician Gin pairs perfectly with premium tonic, fresh laurel, and grapes. It can be used to create great cocktails such as Ponche Navideño Nordés, Queimada Nordés, Nordés Mar Adiante, not to mention a great Gin and Tonic.
