INDICATIONS:
Glycerin especially indicated for use in pastry and creative pastry, confectionery, ice cream and food in general. Use it as a humectant agent, also as an ingredient in the preparation of homemade fondant.

Add directly to the dough during the beating process, or to the mix.

WARNINGS:
Keep in the original closed container, in a dry place, at room temperature (max 25 ºC), away from heat sources and avoiding exposure to light. Do not ingest directly, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
