Gran Torondos red comes from the oldest tinta del pais vineyards in the area, trained in goblet and dry, harvested by hand and made in the traditional way in concrete tanks. Part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. It is aged on its own lees for 9 months in concrete tanks, stirring the lees weekly
