Coming from a recognized Languedoc terroir and grown with respect for the environment, the Lucca green olive is both fleshy and melting, sweet and with a slight nutty taste. It also benefits from a PDO that guarantees a large size and its quality.

Eat fresh as is as an appetizer or in a mixed salad.
