Grapes: Tempranillo, Grenache and Graciano
Ageing: 18 months in French and American oak barrels
Harvest: Manual harvest during the month of October.
Vineyard:Selection of old vineyards of low production settled on poor soils on the terraces of the Ebro, in the Sonsierra area.
Making: Made in 30,000 kg vats. Fermentation at 28ºC. Two weeks of maceration.
GRADUATION: 13.5% Alcohol by volume
