Our gourmet chickens are raised free-range. At night, they sleep in their comfortable shelters, but during the day, they freely graze in the pasture, feeding on what they find there, herbs, insects, and small seeds, also having at their disposal, our organic feed. We do not use antibiotics or hormones, and we do not force their natural growth rate. You will notice the difference in taste of our organic chickens, with a more compact meat, less fat, with a high content of high-quality proteins and richer in Omega 3 and vitamins than conventional chicken.
