Vino Madremia is a red wine with D.O. Toro, made with 100% Tinta de Toro grape variety from vines over 40 years old. It has been aged in French and American oak barrels for nine months to achieve greater longevity without losing freshness and joy. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Packaging: Glass bottle
An explosion of red and black currants alongside cherry provides a surprisingly fruity wine. We achieve this flavor thanks to cool, sandy soils and good pre-fermentative maceration.
With patience, we have used a barrel for nine months that does not mark the wine but only helps to highlight its fruity character. We manage to accompany it with subtle notes of cocoa and wild flowers.
After some time in the glass, we observe its ruby tones and the sweeter notes of caramel and vanilla flower appear.
The Madremia wine on the palate is agile, unctuous, and has a long finish, but with a character marked by a unique variety such as Tinta de Toro. Memories of ripe fruit in jam return to linger in the mouth for a long time.
