The Iberian chorizo 'Estirpe Negra' is made from the highest quality lean parts of the pig, a selection of meat that is seasoned and stuffed in this case, from an Iberian breed pig fed on acorns during the Montanera.
We send it vacuum packed in a 300 grams bag.
