It stands out for its bright and crystalline greenish yellow colour. Its delicious and varietal aromas, in a frank and very complex nose - pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and boxwood - are reinforced in a tremendously unctuous mouth. The ageing on fine lees in tank for 4 months deepens these sensations of unctuousness and smoothness in the mouth.
