Elaboration and aging

Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé has been made from the free-run juice, with a slight maceration of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from the vineyard cultivated in the Feixa 1 estate, owned by Espiells.

The aging process took place for a minimum of 12 months in bottle in the cellars.

Tasting notes of Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé

• Appearance: Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé has a strawberry pink color with a persistent fine carbonic cord, forming a effervescent white crown that contrasts with the pink background.
• Nose: With a fresh and suggestive aromatic expression, sensations of very sweet ripe red fruit, notes of cherry and tart strawberry accompanied by slightly sweet tones, toasted yeast memories and delicate purple flowers.
• Palate: On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and the smooth creaminess that is felt when the fine carbonic blends into the palate, multiplying the previously perceived aromatic sensations along with some herbal tones; long journey with good acidity; good, fresh and silky finish with good bitter hints.

Pairing

Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé pairs very well with all kinds of dishes.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 7ºC.
