LeDomaine Vintage White Wine 2019 - 75 cl

Chance and surprise after harvesting white grapes in a vineyard that should have been reds, and a subsequent experimentation exercise for more than twenty years marked the birth of Abadía Retuerta's aged white wine. It is an exquisite Sauvignon blanc accompanied by Verdejo with a higher percentage than in other vintages. A sophisticated, classy white, full of complex and intense aromas on the nose and with a fresh, citric and smoky flavor in an unctuous and long mouth. Production of Le Domaine for the 2019 vintage was limited to only 110 barrels.

Sight: Color pajizo y destellos dorados. Limpio y brillante.

Mouth: Su untuosidad sorprende y percibimos aún más su carga aromática. Su elegancia y su refrescante y largo final dan lugar a un equilibrio perfecto. Resultado de una añada cálida y excelente maduración.

Nose: Soberbia, compleja e intensa. De entrada, aromas de fruta fresca: manzana granny-smith y pomelo con suaves toques florales y herbáceos de hinojo, anís estrellado, flor de acacia y azahar, para dar paso a fruta blanca, madura e intensa: pera y melón, y toques de fruta de de hueso, nectarina.
