Chance and surprise after harvesting white grapes in a vineyard that should have been reds, and a subsequent experimentation exercise for more than twenty years marked the birth of Abadía Retuerta's aged white wine. It is an exquisite Sauvignon blanc accompanied by Verdejo with a higher percentage than in other vintages. A sophisticated, classy white, full of complex and intense aromas on the nose and with a fresh, citric and smoky flavor in an unctuous and long mouth. Production of Le Domaine for the 2019 vintage was limited to only 110 barrels.
