Chivite Colección Blanco 125 2021 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Julián Chivitein Navarra , from the Legardeta estate. It is produced exclusively with 100% Chardonnay from a single selected plot, grown in clay-limestone soils that provide structure and cellaring capacity. This wine is part of the Colección 125 range, created to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the winery's first export.
After the manual harvest, the must ferments in French oak barrels and remains on its lees for about 10-12 months , a process that provides volume, texture and aromatic complexity.
The nose presents aromas of ripe white fruit and floral notes , accompanied by nuances of pastries, butter and mild spices derived from its barrel aging. The palate is ample and balanced, with a silky texture, good acidity and a long, elegant finish. A gastronomic white ideal to accompany fish, seafood, white meats or rice dishes.
