Strips of Lodosa piquillo pepper (Designation of Origin)
We select the best Piquillo peppers from Lodosa D.O. and roast them with beech wood. We peel them, cut them into strips, and pack them in their own juice. It is a very laborious process with a delicious result. Our production is supervised by the regulatory council of the Origin denomination: Piquillo peppers from Lodosa, as evidenced by the numbered label that the packaging always carries.
