The Mahou Classic Beer falls into the category of "Pale Lagers," made from barley malt, corn, and hops. The Mahou Classic was the first beer that Mahou gave us in 1890; when cork stoppers were still used. Mahou was born in 1890, its first factory was located at Amaniel 29. This place had everything; beer, drinks on the terrace, and theater plays. Mahou didn't stop there - they diversified their investments in various sectors. In 1909, they created the first club for Club Sportif, which promoted and established Athletics in Spain. They also combined urban leisure and gastronomy, building establishments like El Cangrejero and bars on Ponzano street. In addition to all that, they created the Cea Film Studios in Madrid, where they managed to shoot 15 films each year between 1934 and 1966. Mahou is not just another winery; Mahou is intertwined with Spanish history, and we should be proud of that!
