Vino Manzanilla Pasada de Sanlúcar Lustau
The Vino Manzanilla Pasada de Sanlúcar Lustauis made exclusively from Palomino and aged in the cellars of Manuel Cuevas Jurado in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the place where the Guadalquivir River flows into the imposing Atlantic Ocean.
The solera of Manzanilla Pasada de Sanlúcar is made up of 80 butts and the corresponding Criaderas. It is a pale straw-colored fermented wine, but with a powerful aroma of green apple and a fresh hint of the sea breeze, characteristic of the Andalusian coasts.
Wine Manzanilla Pasada de Sanlúcar Lustau was evaluated with 90 Parker points by The Wine Advocate guide. In addition to this, it was also awarded the gold medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2014.
It is recommended to serve this wine between 7-9º of temperature and can be paired with foods as simple as almonds or olives or as complex as shellfish, oysters, white fish, smoked salmon or asparagus, with which it will pair wonderfully due to the vegetable flavor and the green apple profile of the fermented.
Wine Manzanilla Pasada de Sanlúcar Lustau is part of the Almacenista Range of Bodegas Lustau. For this range, Lustau selects the best artisan winemakers, authentic curators of the tradition and culture of love for sherry wine. Manuel Cuevas Jurado is a winemaker with high prestige in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
