Designation of Origin (DO): Navarra. Tempranillo. Aged for 9 months in American oak barrels from various cooperages.
Clean, bright, cherry red color developing to ruby. Nose: intense, ripe fruits notes, elegant vanilla and toasted touch, spices backgroung. Tasting: well-structured, elegant tannin and very balanced. Finish: médium finish, barrel notes and fruits.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
