Lar de Paula Graciano is a single-varietal wine whose variety, Graciano, comes from the renowned D.O. Rioja. This elegant wine has been awarded a Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2019, highlighting its quality and distinction. The production process includes fermentation in a stainless steel tank of “Ganymede” type for 10 days, followed by aging in new oak barrels for a year, with transfers every 4 months. It then completes its aging in the bottle for at least 12 months before being marketed. Visually, it shows a deep garnet color. On the nose, it offers captivating notes of violet caramel, black pepper, and fruits. On the palate, it is complex, with a well-integrated wood background revealing notes of vanilla, ripe black fruits, and spices, making it an ideal companion for game with sauce, grilled fish, pork meats, and mushrooms.
