Gold Medal at the 2019 Brussels World Contest, it is an elegant wine, with a lot of presence and aroma.
It is a wine made in a "Graciano" type stainless steel tank for 10 days, passing into a new oak barrel for malolactic fermentation and aging in them for a year, with racking every 4 months.
It will complete its aging in a bottle rack for a minimum of 12 months before being marketed. Color, Garnet wine with a high layer, on the nose it offers notes of violet caramel, black pepper and fruit.
In the mouth it is complex, with a very well assembled wooden background with notes of vanilla, very ripe black fruits and spices. Perfect pairing with game (in sauce or stew) / grilled fish / pork / mushrooms.
