This exceptional wine defies conventions by following its own rules, but its philosophy is based on meticulous aging for 18 months. For nine months, it rests in French oak barrels, where it acquires its distinctive character, and then it is transferred to American oak barrels for another nine months, achieving a unique and exclusive fusion of flavors that represents the best of the Ribera del Duero.
As you bring it close to your nose, its most intriguing characteristics are revealed: clear hints of India ink fill the air, accompanied by an imposing freshness that invites further exploration.
In the mouth, this wine shows its greatness with an extraordinary persistence of flavor. The spice notes from the French barrel, such as cloves and thyme, stand out on the palate, leaving a lasting and satisfying impression. Its intensity comes from the chalky terroir, while its maturity reveals clear Mediterranean influences, resulting in an elegant concentration that stimulates and awakens the senses.
