Mojo Picón sauce is a traditional sauce of Canarian origin made with oil, vinegar and garlic. It is advisable to keep it cold from the moment it is opened and not to consume it after six months. Its variety and popularity is due to its peculiar flavor and quantity of foods with which it can be accompanied: vegetables, meats, fish and much more.
INGREDIENTS: Fried tomato (tomato and tomato concentrate, modified corn starch, vegetables, sugar), sunflower oil, water, vinegar (SULPHITES), orujo oil, garlic, salt, sweet paprika, cayenne, cumin, preservatives (E-202)(E-211), acidulant: citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum, coriander, oregano, antioxidant (E-301, rosemary extract (E-392), sugar).
