This wine pays homage to the property of Mas de les Moreres, where the winery and a large part of the vineyards are located.
The harvest is done manually, selecting only quality bunches. Fermentation takes place in clay amphoras, it matures and ages for 10 to 12 months using the battonage technique every 3 or 4 weeks to keep the lees in suspension until bottling.
White wine with very light yellowish tones, clear and bright. Fragrant, floral, fruity aromatic profile with hints of peach and tropical fruit with a touch of citrus aromas. Elegant on the palate, initially modest, but soon the acidity comes out, making it very fresh and highlighting its unctuousness. It has a long finish with a taste of nuts.
