Varieties: 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 7% Mazuelo, and 3% Graciano. Elaboration: Aged for 24 months in barrels made from selected oaks in our cooperage. Prior to bottling, it undergoes clarification with fresh egg white. Once in the bottle, it will undergo a refining process for at least twelve months in our cellar.Tasting note:Sight: It presents itself as a wine without evolution, a deep purple red with a consistent layer and barely translucent.Nose: Fruit notes accompanied by ripe red fruits and a wide range of oak spices without any clear dominance. The olfaction finishes with subtle notes of toast and leather.Palate: A surprisingly gentle wine, with smooth tannins and a long finish.Serving temperature:16 to 18 ºC.
