This range emphasizes the pure integrity and transparency of flavor characteristic of Caviar Nacarii thanks to the larger size of the roe. It is obtained through two extractions per year, in spring and autumn, following the natural cycles of sturgeon females. The most demanding palates will find in this tin a selection of noticeably larger size than usual (diameter of 3 to 3.5 mm). Golden Star Award 2013 at the Superior Taste Award.
