The organic farm of Mariangela Prunotto is located in the town of Alba (Italy), with over 20 years of history in organic farming.
This organic and sustainable farm uses production methods compatible with the conservation of the environment using natural fertilizers and pesticides. Thus, the end result is a product that retains its original flavor, free of any synthetic or chemical residues.

The harvests are always done by hand only during the central period of product maturation.
The tomato is packaged quickly and for its conservation only the pasteurization system is used in the glass jar, just as it was done in the past.

These products are all made during the 48 hours after collection and have a preferential consumption of 4 years.
