This edition of Pacharán Belasco Oro is the best in the history of the winery La Navarra, unique and exclusive, is the result of the selection of fresh pacharones with special characteristics (diameter less than 7 mm), its main attribute is the high concentration in sloes, approximately 300 gr/liter.
Pacharán is a liqueur known from the community of Navarra since the Middle Ages, it is made from the maceration in brandy of the fruit of the tree known as sloe (Prunnus Spinosa), of wild nature and abundant in the mountain areas of Navarra, with star anise.
The sloes come from Navarre plantations controlled by the Regulatory Council of Pacharón Navarro and the alcohol comes from beet weeds; these two ingredients are macerated with aniseed and depending on how the fruit evolves with the alcohol (color and flavor) the aniseed sugar is gradually added which is the one that provides density that balances the astringent characteristic of fruit , having to filter the resulting mixture to separate impurities.
Pacharán la Navarra has been produced for more than 8 generations and follows the recipe of Casa Belasco, positioning itself as one of the best in the world.
This suggestive liqueur has been a medicinal product that has managed to become a traditional drink that is found in every home going from a homemade elaboration to its industrialization without losing its characteristic touch.
