Tasting notes: This sheep cheese aged with rosemary offers us the unmistakable flavor of our cheeses mixed with the aromas of the wild plants that our sheep feed on. The interior of the cheese is ivory white, with small eyes irregularly distributed offering a nice contrast with the crust, covered with natural rosemary leaves.
