Paco and Lola Prime is a white wine from the Rías Baixas denomination of origin made by Bodegas Paco & Lola.
Made from the grape blossom must from our oldest vineyards.
The vineyards are cultivated in loam-sandy, granite and slightly acid soils.
Controlled fermentation at 16 º C for 21 days. Once finished, the coarse lees are eliminated and a crianza is carried out on their fine lees, making a weekly "Bâtonnage" for 6 months. After the ageing process, it remains in stainless steel tanks for another 6 months, finally being stabilized and bottled.
Paco and Lola Prime is a straw-yellow colour with intense, clean and shiny edges.
Medium-high intensity with ripe fruit aromas such as white peach. Souvenirs of candied fruit and an elegant background of ripe lees and citrus.
Enveloping and velvety mouth. Notes of ripe fruit with a well-integrated acidity. Mineral and saline Retro-taste.
