100% Malvasia sparkling wine made by the Champenoise method and aged for at least 18 months on the lees. To start the second fermentation it is made with Malvasia must and not with sugar. Zero dosage.
Appearance: Intense cherry red.
Aroma: Intense notes, fruity, with a subtle spicy flavour.
Taste: On the palate it is fleshy, ample, with a great presence of fruit, in a wine that is surprisingly balanced, and has a great capacity for ageing in bottle.
