The authentic bread made in our village. Made with Galician wheat flour, water and salt to which is added sourdough for fermentation. The kneading of this bread, nowadays follows the ancestral customs, which requires several hours for its elaboration through a laborious and delicate process totally handmade
The bread ovens of Cea are made in granite, in a circular way, and the fuel used is oak wood
All this gives the bread an unmistakable flavor and unique in its kind, as it is the only bread with Protected Geographical Indication (IXP).
Although it is not a product that Manolos works with, it deserves a place in our store. The internationally renowned Cea Bread is rated as the best bread in the world, and we believe it is well deserved. We give you the option to taste this typical delicacy from our land.
We will send you a piece of Cea Bread with the seal of originality. While it is true that you will not receive it 'freshly baked', we promise you that its taste will be worth it. It keeps very well over time, lasting up to 5 or 6 days in perfect condition. Remember that our shipments are within a maximum of 48 hours. :)
We recommend keeping it in a cool and dry place, covered or wrapped to protect it when not being consumed.
