Pauillac de Chateau Latour is a French red wine that comes mainly from young vines. Vines planted on clay soils with magnificent deep gravel strata that allow natural drainage. Farming is respectful of the environment and the grapes are harvested by hand at the optimum moment of ripening.
For the vinification of Chateau Latour's Pauillac, once the grapes are destemmed and crushed, they are left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Afterwards, about 20% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels.
