A unique wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas, an Albariño that will surprise you.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: Pale gold with greenish hues that tend to be more intense with maturity.
Palate: Vibrant, agile, and fresh. Smooth and juicy fruit flavor.
Nose: Extraordinarily intense, with very clear notes of citrus fruits and white fruits (pear, apple, white peach). Memories of white flowers.
Alcohol: 12.5% Vol.

PRODUCTION:
Harvest: Manual in small boxes.
Fermentation: 14 days in stainless steel tanks.
Routine: Fermentation at low temperature (14-16 degrees) to enhance the aromatic potential of the variety.
Aging: Part of the wine remained in tanks for several months with its fine lees; the rest remained in French and American oak barrels for 6 months, with the two parts being combined afterwards.

Location: In the vicinity of the winery, in the Salnés Valley
Climate: Oceanic, with mild average temperatures and very high rainfall (over 1,500 mm/year).
The 2022 vintage was distinguished by its classification as "VERY GOOD." After a dry and hot summer, the harvest began marked by rain, but by mid-September it normalized and ended as a "calm" harvest with very high-quality fruit.
