The Vino Tinto Prados Fusión from Bodega Pagos del Moncayo, presents this red wine from the D.O. Campo de Borja, created from 65% Garnacha and35% Syrah grape varieties.
The coupage of the wine is carried out in open lagares, as well as the maceration and alcoholic fermentation of the must, which are carried out at low temperature for 1 week. Traditional treading of the grapes in the lagares to extract their maximum potential and minimize damage to the skins.
The craftsmanship with which it has been made makes this wine a sustainable and unique product.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 14ºC.
Bodega Pagos del Moncayo
Since 2006 Bodega Pagos del Moncayo has been making wines from Garnacha and Syrah grapes from the Aibar family vineyards. Their philosophy is to make wines with the utmost respect for the environment and that clearly reflect their origin. To obtain the highest quality and honesty in the wines, artisanal methods are applied both in the care of the vineyard and in the winemaking process in the winery, making the most of the natural resources of the area.
