Predicador is made IN the Bodega Contador, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra (la Rioja-Spain). For its elaboration, a fermentation is used at controlled temperatures between 18-25 º C. Then the wine goes from 14 to 16 months in French oak barrels and a few months in the bottle before its commercialization. With 14 ' 5% C.
This wine owes its name to the character Django, in the movie "Pale Rider" interpreted by Clint Eastwood.
The youngest wine that Benjamín Romeo makes. A wine not as complex as the other wines of this winemaker: accountant or the vineyard of Andrés Romeo. A very kind wine, of modern character, that has been created to reach the general public. Cherry colour very intense. High layer. Bright and with continuous tear, that ink the cup. Intense aromas. Good black fruit accompanied by spices and breeding notes. Balsamic touches that denote the freshness. In the mouth, powerful input. Juicy step and very greedy. Fresh and with a good acidity. Mineral aftertaste. Long and very persistent.
