Per capsule: Microorganism blend [Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus plantarum (tindalized), Bifidobacterium lactis], Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), FOS (Fructooligosaccharides).
INGREDIENTS TABLE
Amount per day (1 capsule): Microorganism blend (316 mg): Streptococcus thermophilus (> 7.6 x 109 cfu), Lactobacillus acidophilus (> 5 x 109 cfu), Bifidobacterium longum (> 5 x 109 cfu), Lactobacillus plantarum (tindalized) (> 10.1 x 109 cell units), Bifidobacterium lactis (> 10.1 x 109 cfu), Vitamin C (16 mg), FOS (10.8 mg).
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Take 1 capsule a day with water. Can be taken with or without food.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Suitable for all ages, starting from 4 years old.
PRECAUTIONS
Due to its FOS content, it is recommended to avoid consumption with medications and other fiber-based dietary supplements. Excessive consumption of FOS (approximately 9 g/day) may cause intestinal discomfort.
