It is a very sweet port, that we could equate to a moscatel or almost a Pedro Ximénez. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17 º/20 º C, to maintain all the aromas. Golden Caramel color with an intense and floral aroma. In the mouth is very sweet, rich, creamy with touches of hazelnut, with a lardo and very nice finish.
VISUAL: Golden yellow with a somewhat shady appearance.
OLFACTORY: Very well of intensity, the first sensations that come to you are of oxidative ageing, veil in flower, much memory to pomace wine, stale dry fruit, light toasted and roasted of the cask, the contact with the very old barrels makes that we do not have the A feeling of wine with a lot of wood, white fruity almibaradas, craving touch, some lactic and brioches appear.
TASTE: In mouth looks like a caramel, small blow of alcohol on the palate, with a lot of glycerin, fatty and silky, reaches back and back, great balance, aftertaste with topics of dry fruit and syrups very long, just sweetness.
As the previous bottle the alcohol we noticed something in the nose but not in the mouth.
