Sight: 'De color cereza con bordes cardenalicios que denotan su juventud.'
Mouth: 'Es un vino elegante, fresco y equilibrado.'
Nose: 'Ofrece aromas frescos e intensos a fresa y grosella.'
Young Stone Red Wine: It is a wine from Bodegas Estancia Piedra, made with grapes exclusively produced by the vineyard located in the Pago de Cantadal. It is a modern vineyard trained on trellis that is over 20 years old. Its soil and climate characteristics make this 100% Tinta de Toro variety wine unique and distinctive. Cherry colored with cardinal edges, it offers fresh and intense aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant, and its palate is elegant, fresh, and balanced.
The Young Stone Red Wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of maximum 25ºC, where it also undergoes malolactic fermentation afterwards.
The young wine does not undergo barrel aging and undergoes a very light filtration, making it a fresh and very fruity wine, seeking the greatest expression of the Tinta de Toro grape.
