The name of this wine, Finca Resalso, comes from a historic vineyard that was planted in 1933, the year Emilio Moro was born.
The characteristics of the harvest are abundant winter rains that made the vines withstand a drier than expected cycle. This, together with the warm temperatures of September and October, achieved the optimum ripening of each plot. The Finca Resalso red wine is aged for 4 months in 100% French oak barrels.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.
