Red Wine La Planta de Arzuaga
The Red Wine La Planta de Arzuaga is made from 100% Tempranillo and belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero.
The vineyards are located in Quintanilla de Onésimo province of Valladolid, exactly these vines, aged over 20 years, are in the estate La Planta with an altitude above sea level above 900 meters. All produced by Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro.
The winemaking process begins with the grapes being harvested by hand in 15 kg crates, the bunches are selected and destemmed on the sorting table. These grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks where they undergo cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 25ºC.
Its final step is aging, this wine is aged for 6 months in American and French oak barrels.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 14º and 16º.
