The Red Wine Matsu El Pícaro is made with 100% Tinta de Toro and belongs to the D.O. Toro.
The vineyards are between 80 and 100 years old, with low production. Manual harvest in the first half of October. Fermentation takes place in 15,000 liter concrete tanks. This wine, the youngest of the Matsu Trilogy, represents the young winemaker, strong, brave, uncontrollable, and cheeky... Like the wine itself. This Young Wine is born from Biodynamic viticulture and care-concern for the environment and nature.
