Valbusenda Old Vine Red Wine
The Valbusenda Old Vine Red Wine is a red wine with the Toro Designation of Origin, made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes from vineyards that are 60 years old and are settled on sandy soils with alluvial pebbles.
Valbusenda Old Vine undergoes controlled temperature fermentation at 28ºC in contact with its skins in a 12,000-liter French oak Barrel-Box. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new 225-liter French oak Bordeaux barrels for 6 months. It then undergoes aging for 20 months in new French oak barrels, 100% medium-toast and from different cooperages.
Optimal serving temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC
Alcohol content: 15%
